Provides long term care programs that assist frail, elderly Pennsylvanians with the services they need to live
independently in their own homes and communities.
Our organization is a contracted provider for the PDA Waiver and OPTIONS programs. PDA Waiver is administered
by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and provided statewide by your local Area Agency on Aging and is an
alternative to nursing facilities.
OPTIONS is administered by staff from the local Area Agency on Aging and provides choices to consumers in need of
long term care services.
